Power of His Resurrection

God for us…Hebrews 9:24

For Christ has not entered the holy places made with hands, which are copies of the true, but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us…Hebrews 9:24.

Jesus is at the right hand of Father God. He is in the holiest place of heaven, in the presence of God. He is there on our behalf—on your behalf. Jesus is not in heaven dying again and again, verse 25. Not that He should offer Himself often, as the high priest enters the Most Holy Place every year with the blood of another—Hebrews 9:12: not with the blood of goats and calves, but with His own blood He entered the Most Holy Place once for all having obtained eternal redemption. It is finished! Jesus only needed to die once. There is no need for any other blood to be shed for the remission of sins—yours included. 

Hebrews 9; Verse 26: He has appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of Himself. Your sins have been redeemed. Your forgiveness has been paid in full. So, in reality, you are not living day-by-day in fear your most recent sin is not yet forgiven. Why die over and over; Jesus didn’t.

And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment, so Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many, Verses 27-28a. This includes you. Verse 28b: To those who eagerly wait for Him He will appear a second time, apart from sin, for salvation. This includes you. This is the power of the presence of Jesus in the Holy Place in heaven! Enjoy His peace.
